Where are your offices located?

Our head office is at Greenspot Towers, 10th Floor, Room 1002, Eastern By-Pass, Kamakis.

Where are your projects located?

Our projects are along Kangundo Road (Kamulu, Joska, Malaa) and in Kiambu County (Ruiru, Thika, Mugutha, Kenyatta Road, Kikuyu, Nderi).

What are the different modes of payment for your projects?

We have two options: a cash payment within 30 days, or an instalment option where you deposit 20% and pay the balance flexibly within 6 months.

How long does it take to process a title deed?

After completion of full payment, the title deed is issued within 30 days.

What happens once I choose a plot?

We provide you with a sale agreement before you make a payment. You then make payments for your plot, and we start the documentation process once you have fully completed your payment. You will give us a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, postal address and 3 coloured passport-size photos. You then sign the transfer forms once the payment for the plot is fully settled, and wait 30 days for the title to be ready.

Is there a charge for the site visit?

No, all our site visits are free of charge.

What if I choose the instalment option, but clear before the 6 months granted?

In such cases, we consider the effort, and for every month that you pay in advance you are given a discount.

What are the sizes of the plots that you sell?

Our plots are 50 by 100 in size (1/8 acre).

Can someone from the diaspora buy a plot?

Yes, they can. You select plots from the ground map sent to you, choose your preferred plot and we book it for you. We then forward you the company account details where you can wire the payment. You also provide all the details you would like to appear on your title when it is transferred to you. You can choose either cash or instalment payment. Once you have completed payment for the plot, we transfer the title to you within 30 days of completion. When the title is ready, you can instruct us to issue it to a trusted member of your family or your lawyer, or give us shipping details and we will ship it to you.

Can a group or chama buy land from your company?

Yes. For a group or chama, during documentation you select two trustees to be your representatives, and provide us with your registration certificate. For a company, sealed documentation and the directors' details are essential for any transaction to commence.
