What happens once I choose a plot?
We provide you with three copies of a sale agreement. You make payments for your plot then we start off the documentation process once you have fully completed your payment. You will give us a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, postal address, and 3 colored size passport photos. Then we will provide you with a triplicate of the transfer forms once the payment for the plot is fully settled, then wait for 30 days for the Title to be ready.
Can someone from Diaspora buy a plot?
Yes, they can efficiently. You can select a plots from the ground map sent to you, then you choose your preferred plot and we shall book it for you. We will then forward you the company account details where you can wire the payment. Further, you provide us with all the details as you would like to appear in your title when transferred to you. You can choose either option that is payment in cash or installment. Once you have completed payment for the plot we transfer the Title to you within 30 days from the date of completion. When the Title is ready, you can give us instructions to issue the Title to your trusted member of the family, your lawyer, or shipping details and we will ship it to you.
Can a group or Chama buy land from your company?
Yes, it is possible. For a group/chama, during documentation, you will select two trustees who can be your representatives and you will be required to provide us with a registration certificate. For a company, a sealed documentation and the director’s details will be essential for any transaction to commence.
