Policy And Defaults

This policy summarises when you may get money back on a plot purchase from Denvers. It applies to cash and instalment buyers. Your signed Sales Agreement always comes first. If the two differ, the Sales Agreement applies.

You cancel before signing the Sales Agreement

The Booking Fee is not refundable. The Booking Fee (minimum KES 10,000) reserves your plot for 14 days.

We cannot proceed with your purchase before signing

Your Booking Fee in full.

You default or cancel after signing

Everything you paid, less 10% of the Purchase Price. The balance is refunded within 14 days after the plot is resold and we receive the full price.

We breach the Sales Agreement

Everything you paid, less the Booking Fee, within 90 days of your formal written demand.

How to request a refund

• Email [email protected] with your full name, plot number and project, a copy of your ID and your original payment receipts.

• Refunds are approved in writing and paid only to the person who made the payments.
