3. Site visits and enquiries
Booking a site visit, or submitting an enquiry does not reserve a plot, or commit you to buy.
Visit dates you request are preferences; our team will contact you to confirm the time.

4. Payments

We encourage every buyer to carry out their own due diligence, including an official land search on the title and independent legal advice, before paying a deposit.
